Shipping is free on every order to the US and UK, with tracking.
How long will delivery take?

Is there a warranty?
Electrical tools have a 6-month warranty against defects. If something stops working, we'll replace it.
Are the tools safe to use?
Every tool comes with instructions and safety guidance. Please read them before first use, and check with your doctor first if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or have a skin condition.

Where do orders ship from?
Our products ship from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, which are mostly outside the US and UK, so an order with several items may arrive in separate parcels.
What should I do if tracking hasn't updated for 10 days?
Contact us with your order number if tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, if your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged (with a photo).
How long do UK-only items take to arrive?
Items marked UK only ship from our UK warehouse to UK addresses only and usually arrive in 1 to 8 business days.
