1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of lucevelle.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by eGridSync LTD, a company based in the United Kingdom, trading as Lucevelle. By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe products accurately, including ingredients and specifications. Packaging and formulations are changed by manufacturers from time to time, so always read the label on the product you receive before use. Colours may appear differently on different screens.

4. No medical advice

Information on this site is provided for general purposes only and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, before using any device if you have a medical condition, and before using any product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use and seek advice if you have a reaction.

5. Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable sales tax or VAT where indicated. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is accepted. Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where we cannot verify payment or address details, where we suspect fraud, or where delivery to your location is not permitted.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

8. Delivery and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or resell our products as new through channels that misrepresent their origin.

10. Intellectual property

The Lucevelle name, site design, text and images are owned by us or licensed to us and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Product images and brand names belong to their respective owners.

11. User content

If you submit a review or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it in connection with the store. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading. We do not alter or delete reviews simply because they are negative.

12. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, for UK consumers, liability under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

13. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, but you may cancel and receive a full refund where such an event causes substantial delay.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country or state where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
