When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders then arrive within 7 to 12 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do orders ship from?
Our products ship from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, which are mostly outside the US and UK, so an order with several items may arrive in separate parcels.
Something wrong with your delivery?
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
How long do UK-only items take?
Items marked UK only ship from our UK warehouse to UK addresses only and usually arrive in 1 to 8 business days.
