An ice roller is one of the simplest tools in skincare. Ours is a reusable silicone mould: fill it with water, freeze it, then glide the ice over your face for a cool, refreshing massage, especially first thing in the morning.
How to use a silicone ice roller
- Fill and freeze. Fill the mould with water and freeze it for several hours, or overnight so it's ready in the morning.
- Start clean. Use it on cleansed skin.
- Glide outward. Expose the top of the ice and work from the centre of your face outward: forehead, cheeks, jawline. Glide downward on the neck.
- Keep it moving. One to three minutes is plenty. Don't hold the ice in one spot.
- Rinse and refill. Rinse the mould and refill it for next time.
When to use it
- In the morning, as a refreshing wake-up
- Before makeup, as part of your prep
- After a long day at a screen, as a calming reset
Mistakes to avoid
- Pressing too hard: a light touch is all you need
- Holding the ice in one place, or using it on broken or irritated skin
- Leaving melted water in the mould: rinse it and let it dry between uses
Our Ice Face Roller needs no charging and ships free to the US and UK.
